发展湖南文化创意产业的思路及对策

摘要

围绕把湖南建设成全国重要的文化创意产业基地这一目标，分析湖南文化创意产业在全国同行业发展中所处的地位，在比较分析的基础上，立足湖南发展实际，提出总体思路和发展目标，并从文化体制改革、重点领域、重点企业、园区建设、投融资渠道等方面提出对策措施。%　　This authors centred on the purpose of building Hunan Province into the nation’s important cultural creative industrial base, who analyzed the status of Hunan Province cultural creative industry of the same trade in the whole country.They proposed the development goals on the basis of comparative analysis and the current actual development level. At the same time, the authors proposed many measures and steps from the reform of the cultural system, key field, key enterprises, the construction of the industrial park, financing channels and other areas.
