中国农民工职业教育：需求及其模式创新——基于制造和服务业1141个农民的问卷调查

摘要

Based on the questionnaires from peasant workers of 25 provinces in China, the paper found that, in one hand, peasant workers demand vocational education and training strongly, in the other hand, the current situation is the training mode of peasant workers exist many problems. The paper then proposed to establish peasant workers vocational school, referring to the domestic and abroad successful experience of vocational education, and innovate current vocational education and radio ＆ TV university to meet peasant-worker demand for vocational education.%基于25省市区制造业和服务业1141份农民工问卷调查发现，农民工职业教育培训需求强烈。现有的农民工培训模式如农民工自发培训模式、政府主导的公共职业教育培训模式、企业培训模式和职业院校参与的教育培训模式存在内容简单、培训体制不健全、培训经费短缺、经验欠缺、门槛较高以及缺乏针对性等问题。为此，应借鉴国内外职业教育的成功经验，创办新型农民工职业大学，创新现有高职教育和广播电视大学办学模式，以增强农民工职业教育培训的效果。
