重庆小街片区人居环境适应性改造设计策略初探

摘要

With the rapid urbanization of mountainous cities and the aging of the society, the mountainous human settlement adaptability issues have raised increasing concerns in modern society. Particularly, coping strategies for human settlements and health in old blocks are extremely urgent. Taking the practice of the adaptive reconstruction in XiaoJie Blocks of Chongqing as an example, this paper analyzes problems of the human settlement adaptability, and puts forward the corresponding principle and the idea of town balcony. Supported by the theory of spatial segregation and Complex Adaptability System, the paper takes human health as the starting point, and summarizes concrete strategies for the reconstruction of mountainous human settlement adaptability in Chongqing such as space catering, landscape penetration and “Balcony” space. It is expected to make a contribution to improving the quality of mountainous human settlements.%随着山地城镇化的快速推进及社会老龄化，当今社会对山地人居环境适应性的关注日趋密切，一些历史街区人居环境与健康的应对策略探索迫在眉睫。以重庆小街片区人居环境适应性改造实践为例，通过调研分析该片区当前人居环境建设所面临的问题，从人的健康需求出发，以空间分异和CAS理论为支撑，提出相应的适应性改造原则和城市阳台理念，总结出重庆地区山地人居环境适应性改造的空间迎合、景观渗透、“阳台”空间等具体策略，以期对山地人居环境品质的提升有所裨益。
