N-苯基马来酰亚胺改性苯丙乳液稳定性研究

         

摘要

通过一步加料和滴加引发剂的方法合成了N-苯基马来酰亚胺(NPMI)、丙烯酸乙酯和苯乙烯的三元共聚乳液,并对其性能进行了表征分析.通过单因素分析确定了合适的工艺条件,分析和讨论了NPMI用量对单体转化率、涂膜吸水率及耐热性的影响.结果表明:NPMI改性的苯丙乳液具有较高固含量、低凝聚量以及良好的热稳定性.%The copolymer emulsion based on N-phenyl maleimide(NPMI),ethyl acrylate and styrene were synthesized through the step of feeding and dropping initiator,and its properties were characterized.The appropriate process condition is identified through the analysis of single factor,and the effect of the NPMI dosage on monomer conversion rate,water absorption of film and the heat tolerance are analysed and discussed.The result shows that NPMI modified styrene-acrylic emulsion is provided with high solid content,low amount of condensation and good stability.
