轮胎式起重机转台结构疲劳寿命分析

摘要

通过对轮胎式起重机转台结构有限元建模分析,找出其易产生疲劳裂纹危险部位.根据断裂力学理论,利用损伤容限法对转台进行疲劳分析,得出转台的理论计算寿命以及相关的分析结论,为相应的设计提供参考.%By finite element modeling and analysing the turntable structure of tyre crane,fatigue cracks which easily come into being are located.According to fracture mechanics,damage tolerance method is used to make fatigue analysis of the turntable and the its theoretical life and the related conclusions are obtained,which provides reference for the corresponding designed.
