H03+:Ba0.8Sr0.2Ti03纳米粉体的光谱性质研究

         

摘要

Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3(BST) nanopowers doped with Ho3+ were prepared by sol-gel method. Using the Judd-Ofelt theory, according to the absorption spectrum the intensity parameters Ωλ of Ho3+ in BST nanopowers were fitted, Ω2 = 0. 229 × 10-20 cm2, Ω4=0. 515 × l0-20 cm2 and Ω6 = 0. 761×10-20 cm2, and then the values of the oscillator strength, radiative transition probabilities, branching ratios and radiative lifetime of Ho3+ were calculated. Under excitation of 514 nm Ar+ laser, the emission bands centered at about 549 nm,650 nm,706 nm and 753 nm corresponding to (5F4,5S2) →5I8、5F5 5→I8 ,5I4→5I8 and (5F4,5S2)→5I7 transition were observed. The stimulate emission cross-section of the emission bands centered at about 549,650,706 and 753 nm had been calculated, the values respective were 3.26×10-21、0. 19×10-21、0. 04×10-21、5. 53×10-21 cm2. The results showed that the Ho3+ : BST nanomaterials were prospective candidates for applications in new photoelectric devices.%采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Ho3+:Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 (BST)纳米粉体.根据Judd-Ofelt理论对纳米粉体的吸收光谱进行拟合,得到晶体场强度参数Ω2、Ω4和Ω6分别为0.229×10-20、0.515×10-20和0.761×10-20cm2,并系统计算Ho3+各能级跃迁的振子强度、自发辐射跃迁几率、荧光分支比和辐射寿命等光谱参数.在514 nm的氩离子激光激发下,样品出现了中心波长位于549、650、706和753 nm的发光带,分别对应于(5F4,5S2)→5I8、5F5→5I8、5I4→5I8和(5F4,5S2)→5I7的跃迁,计算出中心波长位于549、650、706和753 nm处发光带的受激发射截面分别为3.26×10-21、0.19×10-21、0.04×10-21和5.53×10-21 cm2.结果表明Ho3+:BST材料在新型光电子器件中有广泛的应用前景.
