金/二氧化硅中空核壳纳米球的制备与表征

         

摘要

采用水热反应法和正硅酸乙酯水解法制备出核壳结构的Au/C纳米球颗粒以及夹层结构的Au/C/SiO<,2>纳米球颗粒,在空气中锻烧将Au/C/SiO<,2>夹层结构中的碳层除去,得到内部带有可移动纳米金核、壳层厚度约为20 nM的中空Au/SiO<,2>纳米球颗粒.用透射电子显微镜对所制得的纳米微球的形貌进行表征,并用红外光谱、紫外光谱和电子能谱对其进行检测.然后以5-氟尿嘧啶为信号分子,以Au/siO<,2>中空核壳纳米颗粒作为SERS基底,对其进行Raman光谱采集,得到了良好的增强信号.%Core-shell structure of Au/C nanoparticles and silica coated Au/C nanoparticles(Au/C/SiO2 NPs) were prepared by dehydration technique and hydrolysis. Hollow silica nanoparticles with a shell thickness of 20 nm and with movable Au cores inside (Au/air/SiO2 NPs) were further obtained by calcinating carbon shell within Au/C/SiO2 NPs in the air. The morphologies of those obtained nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and its structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectrophotometer and EDX measurement. Good-quality SERS spectra of 5-fluorouracil on this Au/air/SiO2 NPs were observed.
