基于β-环糊精的共聚物无磷阻垢剂的制备及性能评价

         

摘要

采用β-环糊精(β-CD)对马来酸酐(MA)进行政性,制备马来酸酯化β-环糊精(β-CD-MA),再与对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用自由基聚合方法制备了新型的共聚物无磷阻垢剂(β-CD-MA-SSS).使用乌氏粘度法测定了特性粘数,表示出了共聚物的相对分子量.采用红外光谱法(FT-IR)和紫外光谱法(UV)对阻垢剂的结构进行了表征,采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析了阻垢后形成的碳酸钙形貌和机理.静态试验条件下评价了其对碳酸钙的阻垢性能,实验结果表明,该阻垢剂具有优良的阻碳酸钙垢性能(CaCO3阻垢率达99.9%).%The copolymer non-phosphorus scale inhibitor β-CD-MA-SSS was prepared from modification of β-cyclodextrins (β-CD) with maleic anhydride (MA) through esterification,and styrene p-sulfonic sodium (SSS) as monomers,water as solvent,ammonium persulfate as initiator by the free-radical polymerization. The molecular weight was correspondingly expressed by the intrinsic viscosities obtained with an Ubbelohde viscometer. The structure of the scale inhibitor was characterized by FT-IR and UV spectroscopy. The morphology and mechanism of calcium carbonate scale were analysed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Using the static experiment method, the scale inhibition performance to CaCO3 was evaluated. The experimental results showed that the non-phosphorus scale inhibitor had an excellent efficiency of scale inhibition,and could be used in the system of high temperature and high hardness water.
