介质谐振器与金属谐振器混合带通滤波器设计

     

摘要

对介质单腔、金属单腔以及介质-金属混合双腔进行模拟,利用三维电磁场仿真软件HFSS对谐振腔进行电磁场分析,得到结构简洁、成本低廉的介质谐振器与金属谐振器混合带通滤波器,其中间的金属谐振器分别与两端的介质谐振器处于正交位置.将混合带通滤波器与传统的全介质腔滤波器及全金属腔滤波器进行对比,结果表明,混合带通滤波器有更好的抗谐波能力.实验结果与设计指标的基本一致,验证了该方法的可靠性与实用性.%Through simulation of dielectric single cavity, metal single cavity and the double cavity of dielectric-metal mixed,the electromagnetic field of the two single cavities were analysed by 3D electromagnetic field simulation software HFSS. The hybrid bandpass filter including dielectric and metal resonators with a simple structure and low cost was designed. In the middle of the metal resonator respectively with both ends of the dielectric resonator in orthogonal position. Compared with the dielectric cavity filter and metal cavity filter, the hybrid cavity filter has a better ability to resist harmonic. The experimental results are consistent with the design target basically,and the reliability and practicability of the method are verified.
