我国公务员行政伦理失范成因与改革路径探析

         

摘要

Administrative ethics refers to all the ethical and moral requirements that the state administrative organs and their personnel should follow in the process of the state and social affairs management. Administrative ethics anomie is in essence the alienation of administrative power, which is a relatively typical problem among the civil servants in our country and which seriously affects the efficiency and probity of the government work. Therefore strengthening the construction of administrative ethics of civil servants is of extremely practical significance to enhance civil servants’ bas-ic quality and improve their work efficiency.%行政伦理是国家行政机关及其工作人员在管理国家和社会事务过程中所应遵循的伦理道德要求的总和。行政伦理失范的本质是行政权力的异化,这在我国公务员队伍中是一个较为典型的问题,进而严重影响政府的工作效率和廉洁。因此加强公务员的行政伦理建设,对于提升公务员的基本素质、提高其工作效率具有极其重要的现实意义。
