The cultur- al custom has obvious otherness in reservoir area of Three Gorges and new resettlement. Migrants were not suitable to new resettlement because that the alteration of cultural custom lead to tremendous fall of immigrant culture psychology, anxiety and sense of loss of cultural custom.
