Livelihood of poor urban households have an important impact on social stability and development. Taking the urban poor families for the study, this article measured the livelihood of poor urban households through building indictor sys-tem, and making a further study about the relationship between livelihood capital and livelihood strategies. The research find that poor urban households overall lack of livelihood capital, physical capital and human capital is relatively high score, the lowest score of financial capital; Human Capital can promote Poor Urban Households choosing employment as their livelihood strategies, while social capital has a reverse effect; those rich of human capital and social capital are more likely to choose a regular employment.%城市贫困家庭的生计问题对社会稳定发展具有重要影响。本文以城市贫困家庭为研究对象，在可持续性生计框架的理论基础上，通过构建指标体系测量了城市贫困家庭的生计资本构成，研究了其生计资本与生计策略之间的关系。研究发现，城市贫困家庭的生计资本总体匮乏，物质资本和人力资本得分相对较高，金融资本得分最低；人力资本对选择就业的生计策略具有促进作用，而社会资本具有反向作用；人力资本和社会资本丰富的贫困家庭选择正规就业的可能性较大。
