几种促渗剂对布洛芬巴布剂体外透皮性的影响

摘要

Objective To study the effects of penetration enhancers on percutaneous absorption of several Ibuprofen cataplasm. Methods Using Franz - type diffusion cell and mouse skin in vitro as transdermal barrier,the content of Ibuprofen in different kinds and concentration enhancers was determined by UV.then cumulative permeation quantity(Q) and the penetration rate(k) of 5% Ibuprofen cataplasm was calculate. Results The ordering of the effects of penetration enhancers was azone > propylene glycol > menthol > borneol. But only azone and propylene glycol had significance (P<0.05) .menthol and bomeol had no effects. The effect of 2% azone and 5% propylene glycol were the most influencing enhancer. Conclusion It has suggested that 2% azone and 5% propylene glycol could be the penetration enhancer for Ibuprofen cataplasm.%目的 研究几种促渗剂对布洛芬巴布剂透皮作用的影响.方法 用紫外分光光度法检测浓度,采用Franz扩散池,用离体小鼠皮肤进行体外透皮扩散试验,计算含不同促渗剂的5%布洛芬巴布剂的累积渗透量Q及渗透速率K.结果 不同促渗剂对5%布洛芬巴布剂的累积渗透量Q及渗透速率K是的影响大小为:氮酮＞丙二醇＞薄荷脑＞冰片.但只有氮酮和丙二醇表现出显著性(P＜0.05),冰片和薄荷脑对布洛芬巴布剂透皮作用基本无影响.2%氮酮和5%丙二醇对其影响最大.结论 提示2%氮酮和5%丙二醇可作为促渗剂在布洛芬巴布剂中使用.
