Objective To Preparate Ephedrine Hydrochloride Nasal Gel and establish an HPCE method for determining Ephedrine Hydrochloride. Method Berberine was used as internal standard. An uncoated fused silica capillary (69 cm ×75 μm, effective length of 65 cm) was used. The electrolyte buffer composed of 30 mmol/L borax - MeOH(90: 10), applied voltage 25 kV, detection wavelength was 210nm. Results Ephedrine Hydrochloride was successfully separated within 10 min, the linear response range was 0.07-1. 06mg/mL. The average recovery was 100. 6%. Conclusions The analytical results demonstrated the method was simple, rapid and well reproducible, It is suitable for clinical use.%目的 制备盐酸麻黄碱鼻用凝胶并建立高效毛细管电泳法测定盐酸麻黄碱鼻用凝胶的含量.方法 采用内标法,选取盐酸小檗碱为内标,未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱(69cm×75μm,有效长度65 cm)为分离通道,以30 mmol/L硼砂-甲醇(90∶10)为电泳介质,分离电压25kV,检测波长210nm.结果 盐酸麻黄碱在10 min内得到很好的分离,在0.07-1.06mg/mL与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.6%.结论 该方法简便快速、结果准确、重复性好,可满足临床用药需求.
