高效液相色谱法测定广西四方藤中岩白菜素的含量

摘要

Objective To analyze and compare the differences of bergenin content in Cissus pterolada Hayata. from different regions and to supply a basis for the resources exploitation. Methods The chromatographic assay of bergenin was performed on Agilent TC - C18 ft (4.6mm ×250mm,5 μn) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water(25:75). The detection wavelength was at 275 nm. Results The standard of curves of bergenin showed a good linearity from 0.1082 to 0. 5041 μg and average recovery was 98.76% . USD was 1.12%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatible.%目的 通过不同地区四方藤中岩白菜素的含量的研究,为资源利用提供依据.方法 选用Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:275nm.结果 岩白菜素对照品在0.1082-0.5041 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.76％,RSD=1.12％ (n =6).结论 定量方法简便、准确、重复性好.
