社会需求视域下襄阳市瑜伽教练员职业素质研究

Based on the survey, it analyzes the age structure, the sex structure, the education level, the technical level of the yoga trainer’s in Xiangyang City. Some suggestions are provided in order to improve their professional quality and strengthen their market competitiveness, references for the development of yoga fitness clubs in Xiangyang City.%健身运动方兴未艾，瑜伽更是风靡全球。为了顺利推广和普及瑜伽运动，提高瑜伽俱乐部的教学质量，文章运用文献资料、问卷调查和实地访谈等方法，对襄阳市瑜伽健身教练员的年龄结构、性别结构、学历层次、技术等级等进行调查分析，并提出针对性的发展建议，旨在提高襄阳市瑜伽教练员的职业素质，增强其市场竞争力，为襄阳市瑜伽健身俱乐部的发展提供参考依据。
