稻草和污泥同步糖化发酵转化乙醇研究

         

摘要

乙醇不仅是一种重要的工业原料,也是一种重要的能源,乙醇可作为汽车燃料来替代或部分替代汽油. 以稻草作为碳源、污泥作为氮源和接种菌同步糖化发酵转化乙醇,并对该过程中稻草预处理方法、污泥预处理方法、初始pH值、稻草与污泥的质量比( C/N比)和发酵时间等影响乙醇产量的因素进行了优化,利用1 g NaOH预处理稻草和5 g NaOH预处理污泥,在发酵培养基初始pH值为5、温度为37 ℃的条件下同步糖化发酵12 h,可得到最高浓度乙醇,乙醇最高浓度为6. 86 mg/L.%As an important industrial raw material and energy,ethanol can be used as a motor fuel to replace or respectively partially replace gasoline. Taking rice straw as carbon source and sludge as a nitrogen source and inoculants,respectively the ethanol was obtained by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation. The fac-tors affecting ethanol production were optimized,which includes rice straw and sludge pretreatment methods, initial pH,ratio of rice straw and sludge quality( C/N ratio) and fermentation times in simultaneous saccharifi-cation and fermentation. 1 g NaOH pretreated straw and 5 g NaOH pretreated sludge were used to be conver-ted into ethanol under conditions of 5 of fermentation medium initial pH and 37 ℃ of temperature,after 12 h of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation, the highest ethanol concentration was obtained and the highest concentration was 6. 86 mg/L.
