选用左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)为原料,CHCl3为溶剂,NaCl颗粒为致孔剂制备多孔PLLA支架.通过降解实验研究了降解过程中支架吸水率、失重率、降解液pH值、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的变化.实验结果表明:所制备的支架是互相贯通的多孔结构;随着降解时间的增加,支架吸水率和失重率呈现明显上升趋势,降解液pH变化量逐渐上升,斜率基本保持不变,支架的强度和断裂伸长率快速衰减,制备的PLLA组织工程支架具有良好的可降解性.%In this paper,PolyL-lactic acid(PLLA)was chosen as the raw material,CHCl3 as solvent,sodium chloride particles as pore forming agent to prepare porous PLLA scaffolds.The water absorption,weight loss rate,pH value,tensile strength and elongation at break of tissue engineering scaffold during degradation were studied by degradation experiments.The experimental results showed that the prepared scaffolds were interpenetrating porous structure,along with the increase in degradation time,both water absorption and weight loss rate showed a clear upward trend,which showed that the scaffold was obviously degraded in the degradation solution.The pH value of the degradation solution increased steadily and the gradient stayed the same.The strength and the breaking elongation of the scaffold rapidly decreased as the degradation process was carried out.The PLLA tissue engineering scaffolds had good biodegradability.
