截至目前，我国很多的高校仍然存在着忽视90后大学生思想政治个性化教育的情况，在进行教育的过程中，过于重视对学生的专业技能的培训，忽视了对学生人文素养的教育。在进行90后大学生思想政治个性化教育的过程中，也普遍存在着缺乏人文关怀，思想政治素养教学缺乏体系，教学结构不够严谨的问题，难以有效发挥出思想政治个性化教育的作用。针对这样的情况，在新时期，为了满足社会对综合性人才的需求，在进行高校90后大学生思想政治个性化教育的过程中，高校要充分地意识到思想政治个性化教育的重要意义，将思想政治个性化教育过程有机的融合进入学校的各学科教育过程中，促进高校90后大学生的全面进步，满足社会对于人才的综合能力的需要。%So far,our country still has existed a lot of situations of neglecting the ideological and political personalized educa-tion for the post -90s college student.In the process of education,we have too much emphasis on the students'professional skills training and ignore the humanistic literacy education for students.In the process of the ideological and political personal-ized education for the post -90s college students,there are problems of a widespread lack of humanistic care,the lack of ideo-logical and political literacy teaching system,and the teaching structure is not rigorous,which is difficult to effectively play the role of ideological and political individualized education.For such a situation,in the new era,in order to meet the social de-mand for comprehensive talent,in the process of personalized education of thoughts and politics for post -90s college students, the colleges should fully realize the ideological and political significance of personalized education,integrate the ideological and political education individuation process organically into the interdisciplinary education process to promote the overall progress of post -90s college students and satisfy the social need for talents'comprehensive ability.
