江苏省专科学生提升本科学历的路径及对策

摘要

With the domestic economic downturn situation,college students employment is more difficult.Because the college students"low degree"and affect the employment and promotion of the situation is also often occur at the same time,the status quo of college students are not satisfied with,on the degree of identity,considering time and cost,will increase the demand de-gree.Through the analysis of Jiangsu province "dedicated to the","for the"and "adult undergraduate entrance"three major upgrade undergraduate education path,compare their difference,put forward "rational people",accelerate the construction of modern occupation education system pilot,the idea of"life-long learning".%受国内外经济下滑形势的影响，大专生就业更难，由于大专生“学历低”而影响就业和晋升的情况也时常出现，同时大专学生对现状的不满意、对学历的不认同，综合考虑时间和成本，都有提高本科学历的需求。通过分析江苏省“专转本”、“专接本”、“成人高考专升本”主要的三种提升本科学历的路径，比较它们的不同，提出“理性用人”、加快现代职业教育体系建设试点、“终身学习”理念。
