浅谈高校年级双辅导员制度

摘要

近年来,随着高校合并以及教育体制改革的深入,在全国高校内造就了许多师生人数超过万人的大型学院,如何能够更好的开展大型学院的辅导员工作,武汉大学经济与管理学院结合自身实际,创造性的在本科年级中采用了＂双辅导员制＂,分工合作、协调配合、互补互助,保证了学生思政工作和年级管理工作的有序高效。%In recent years,with the deepening of institutions mergering and educational system reform,there are giant colleges with teachers and students number exceeding 10,000.How to better carrying out counsellor work in those giant colleges is an urgent problem.The Economic and Management school of Wuhan University is the pioneer to address this problem by adopting ＂Double-College-Counsellor System＂ in bachelor degree pursuit students.This new system demonstrates the merits as the better division of labour,cooperation and coordination so as to ensure an orderly and efficient management and work of the students＇ ideological and political education.
