海峡西岸经济区纠纷解决中心建设的法律分析

摘要

海峡西岸经济区是一个富集区位资源的地理区划概念。区位能理论解释区位资源自我增强并促进区位发展的原理，并说明了海西经济区纠纷解决中心应当具备区位能优势，实现自我增强。通过实证分析可知，厦门在海西经济区中具备机制、人才和法律的优势区位能，可以依此被打造为海西纠纷解决中心，并同时能藉此实现中心区域的自我增强和发展。%Straits economic zone is a geographical concept of regionalization with abundance resources.
