阿尔兹海默症非药物性护理干预新进展

摘要

Alzheimer's disease (AD), a neurological degenerative disease accompanied by memory loss and cognitive dysfunction has been one of the most difficult medicine problems to be solved all over the world, without effective medicine at present. Much attention has been paid to the nursing intervention due to its active role played in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases such as AD and the unavailability of effective anti-AD drugs. In this article, we have reviewed the achievements made in recent years on nursing intervention in AD to provide evidences for its further research.%阿尔兹海默症是以记忆力减退和认知功能障碍为主要症状的一种神经系统退行性疾病，目前尚无特异有效的治疗药物。阿尔兹海默症的防治已成为世界各国亟待解决的医学难题。护理干预等非药物治疗方法，因其在阿尔兹海默症等慢性疾病防治中的积极作用而日益受到人们的关注。近年来，关于阿尔兹海默症的护理干预研究报道较多，也取得较大的进展。对近年来阿尔兹海默症护理干预研究进行综述，以期为其进一步深入研究提供依据。
