吡啶-4-甲醛异烟酰腙的合成及其抑菌性能

         

摘要

以异烟酸、吡啶-4-甲醛为原料,合成了吡啶-4-甲醛异烟酰腙。通过元素分析、红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1 HNMR)对产物的结构进行了确证。用滤纸片法测试了目标化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌的抑菌性能。抑菌试验结果表明,目标化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌均有一定的抑菌活性,其中,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径达13.5 mm。%Pyridine-4-formaldehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone was synthesized from nicotinic acid and pyridine-4-formalde-hyd.The structure of the new isonicotinoyl hydrazone was confirmed through an elementary analysis,IR and 1 HNMR. The results of bacteriostatic activity tests showed that the isonicotinoyl hydrazone had certain bacteriostatic activities a-gainst Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa.The bacteriostatic activity of pyridine-4-form-aldehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone against pseudomonas aeruginosa was the best in the three kinds of bacteria,with the in-hibition zone diameter being up to 13.5mm.
