老年人采纳信息技术影响因素的案例研究

老年人采纳信息技术的关键影响因素有哪些?在理论和实践上都是未解的难题.采用案例研究方法,选择25位老年人作为访谈对象,对访谈数据进行案例分析,萃取获得影响老年人采纳信息技术的关键因素有:主观规范、扶老上网、人生阅历等3个社会因素;身体机能下降、自我效能、对待老龄化态度、怀旧倾向等4个生理心理因素以及感知有用性、感知易用性、以老人为中心设计等3个技术与系统因素.%What are the key factors for the adoption of information technology among the elderly? It is an unsolved problem both in theory and practice.This paper adopts the method of case study, selecting 25 elderly people as the interview objects and extracting the following main factors: subjective norms, internet support, life experience and other social factors;physical function decline, self-efficacy, attitude towards aging, nostalgia and other physiological and psychological factors, as well as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, the-elderly-oriented design and other technical and system factors.
