敏化温度对乳化炸药爆速影响的实验研究

             

摘要

In order to study the effect of sensitization temperature on emulsion explosives detonation velocity,the detonation velocity of emulsion explosives was measured respectively by physical and chemi-cal methods at different sensitization temperature.The experimental results show that detonation velocity increases with the increasing of the sensitization temperature at 30 ℃~ 70 ℃,When the sensitization tem-perature is higher than 70 ℃,the detonation velocity reduces.At low temperatures,physical sensitization is better,chemical sensitization is better while high temperatures.When the temperature is about 70 ℃, the sensitization effect is the best,and the detonation velocity reaches the maximum value.%为了研究敏化温度对乳化炸药爆速的影响,分别采用物理、化学两种敏化方式测量不同敏化温度下乳化炸药爆速;实验结果表明,在30℃~70℃内,随着敏化温度的升高,爆速逐渐增大;当敏化温度大于70℃时,爆速降低;低温下物理敏化效果较好,而高温下化学敏化效果较好,温度70℃左右时,敏化效果最好,爆速达到最大值。
