In this paper, using ethidium bromide (EB) as a fluorescence probe, the mechanism of the interaction between Cu ( Ⅱ ) complex derived from 3, 5 - dibromosalicylaldehyde 4 - bromineaniline and DNA was studied by fluorescence method. The results of the fluorescence spectrum, the scatchard plots, the salt effect and the theat denaturation effect indicate that there are the electrostatic interaction and partial insertion interaction between DNA and the complexes.%以溴化乙锭(EB)为荧光探针,运用荧光光谱、 Scatchard 图、热变性效应和盐效应等技术手段,研究了3,5-二溴水杨醛缩4-溴苯胺铜配合物与 DNA 的相互作用的机理。研究结果表明,配合物与 DNA 之间既有静电作用,又有部分的插入作用。
