新型城镇化背景下少数集中连片特困地区农民工欠薪问题探析--以武陵山区H市620个欠薪案件为例

在加快新型城镇化进程和武陵山区集中连片扶贫开发的过程中，外来务工人员特别是农民工成为城市建设和发展的主要劳动力。而农民工的合法权利保护，却始终面临各种困难和挑战，尤其是欠薪问题。通过实地走访调查，详细查阅相关资料，详细论述农民工欠薪问题，并提出解决这一问题的可行性建议。%In the process of speeding -up urbanization and poverty -concentrated alleviation in the WuLing mountain area , migrant workers , especially migrant workers from countryside have become the main labor force in the city's construction and development . While migrant workers'legal- rights protection is always facing all kinds of difficulties and challenges , especially the wage - arrear problem . Through field investigation and detailed access to relevant data of 620 migrant workers'wage-arrear cases in HuaiHua , this thesis discusses the wage-arrear problems of migrant workers in HuaiHua , and also puts forward the feasible proposals to solve this problem .
