以“以人为本,健康第一”的教育理念,对瑜伽教学中的情感型教学模式的使用进行分析,旨在探究其是否适用于瑜伽教学以及如何合理的使用这种方法,使高校瑜伽教学更加科学化和规范化,为高校瑜伽教学提供理论参考。%Based on the education idea of “people - oriented ,health first” , the author holds that the use of the affective teaching yoga teaching mode must be analyzed and we should aim to explore whether it is suitable for yoga teaching and how to reasonably use this method and make yoga teaching more scientific and standardized ,making yoga teaching provide theoretical reference for colleges and universities .
