突发事件中基层政务微博的传播特点及角色定位研究

摘要

Faced with emergencies , it is a burning problem for local governments to learn how to interact with the public via information , in order to minimize the negative impacts of emergencies . Based on the case analysis , the paper interprets the propagation characteristics of the grass -roots government micro blog in emergencies and further establishes its requirements from the target level of the goal , the content and the role of discourse in emergencies , expecting to provide references for the grass -roots government micro blog construction .%基层政府如何与公众进行信息互动，从而将突发事件的负面影响降到最低是亟待解决的现实问题。通过案例研究，阐述突发事件中基层政务微博的传播特点，进而明确其在突发事件中的目标层面、内容层面以及话语层面的角色定位要求，以期对基层政务微博的角色构建有所借鉴。
