对湖湘文化融入湖南高校文化建设的思考

摘要

In the new era , with the development of social economy and the further promotion of the educational system reform , new challenges and contradictions have been brought to the cultural construction of colleges and universities . Cultural construction of colleges and universities has its unique characteristics and trends . Huxiang culture is the sum of entity , knowledge , belief , art , morality , law and custom created by Huxiang people throughout the ages and the sum of other abilities and habits gained from the society , including three levels:material culture , system culture and spirit culture of Huxiang . Huxiang culture plays an important role in enriching the content of cultural education , innovating the methods of cultural construction and realizing the goal of cultural construction in colleges and universities in Hunan . The article mainly explores the spiritual essence and characteristics of Huxiang culture , puts forward the ways to blending it into cultural construction of colleges and universities in Hunan and points out that colleges and universities in Hunan should absorb nutrients from Huxiang culture , rely on local tradition and reality in Hunan , combine the tradition and reality of their development , put the outstanding achievements of Huxiang culture into the cultural construction and build up the regional characteristics of cultural construction .%新时期，由于社会经济的发展和教育体制改革的进一步推进，给高校文化建设带来了新的挑战和矛盾，高校文化建设有着独特的特点和趋势。湖湘文化是历代湖湘民众在湖湘大地上所创造的实物、知识、信仰、艺术、道德、法律、风俗以及其余从社会上学到的能力和习惯的总和，包含了湖湘物质文化、湖湘制度文化和湖湘精神文化三个层面。湖湘文化对丰富湖南高校文化教育内容，创新高校文化建设方法，实现高校文化建设目标具有重要的意义。文章主要阐述了湖湘文化的精神实质与特点，提出湖湘文化融入湖南高校文化建设的途径，并指出湖南高校应该充分汲取湖湘文化的营养，依托三湘本土，结合高校自身发展的传统与现实，将湖湘文化的优秀成果融入湖南高校的文化建设中，打造湖南高校文化建设的地域特色。
