绩效管理工作开展的实际效果直接关系到政府部门办事效率,关系到公务员的职务晋升和增资幅度合理性和合法性等社会敏感问题。但是,我国现阶段的政府绩效管理存在很多问题,如法律和制度不健全、绩效信息沟通失灵等,本文旨在运用科学的管理方法,有针对性地提出解决方案,如加强法制化和制度化建设、政府推进信息公开,推动我国政府绩效管理发展。%The actual effect of performance management is directly related to the work efficiency of gov‐ernment department ,and also related to the social sensitive problems such as the promotion of civil serv‐ants ,the rationality and legitimacy of the amplitude of capital increase .But there are many problems in current government performance management ,for instance ,imperfect law s and institutions ,failure per‐formance information communication .This paper aims to put forward some solutions with such scientific management methods as strengthening the construction of legalization and institutionalization ,promo‐ting information public by government so as to drive the development of government performance man‐agement .
