香烟火接触织物的实验现象及燃烧机理分析

     

摘要

We take the soft packs of wall and chemical fiber quilts as simulated experiment objects, making observation and analysis of the phenomenon and mechanism of the combustion by touching the objects respectively with cigarette fire. Cigarette fire is prone to smolder when touching natural fiber fabric, but would usually vary by the influence of fire intensity, location and external environments. Cigarette fire is hard to smolder when touching chemical fiber fabric, but would cause contraction and hole- melting. Smoldering needs certain conditions to transform to flaming combustion.%采用墙面软包和九孔被为模拟实验对象,分别用香烟火打火机火接触,观察并分析其燃烧现象和机理。香烟火和明火焰使织物燃烧的现象和难易程度是不同的,火源的强度和接触状态对燃烧的发生有较大影响,香烟火接触天然织物,易发生阴燃,但受到火源强度、位置以及外部环境的影响。香烟火接触化纤织物,难以发生阴燃,但会发生收缩和熔孔现象。阴燃向有焰燃烧转变,需要一定的条件。
