体育强国视角下大众、竞技体育的协调发展

摘要

Useing the literature material method and other methods to probe into relationship between the mass sports and competitive sports. The main conclusion: mass sports is the focus of building a sports power, building new cadre evaluation system and performance management system; Competitive sports is one of the important marks for sports power, promoting competitive sports social function diversification; Adhere to the reform, the overall consideration, perfecting the"national system", promoting the construction of the sports power.%　　运用文献资料法等方法对大众体育、竞技体育关系进行探讨。主要结论：大众体育是构建体育强国的工作重点，要建立新型干部考核制度和绩效管理体系；竞技体育是体育强国的重要标志之一，要促进竞技体育社会功能多元化；坚持改革、统筹兼顾，完善“举国体制”，推进体育强国建设。
