滇越边境口岸物流与载体城市经济的弹性分析

     

摘要

Material liquidity and flow of goods and passenger traffic equivalent amount of border crossings logistics over the equivalent of the volume and immigration officers and border crossings, it can reflect the logistics capabilities of border crossings. This article is based on 2000-2011 flow of goods and the people of Vietnam and Yunnan Province of the border crossings environment, translation of the annual total logistics various border crossings. Border crossings the logistics total growth rate of the modulus of elasticity of the urban economy of border crossings logistics carrier on carrier cities the ratio of the rate of economic growth.The results show that, Jinshuihe Tianpeng mainly the carrier cities to promote economic growth in the logistics capabilities of border crossings; estuaries, the Tianbao major performance of the of border crossings logistics pulling on a carrier urban economic growth. Finally, in response to these problems, the Yunnan-Vietnam border crossings logistics carrier coordinated development of urban economy put forward suggestions.%  物流通量是指货流量与客流量的当量之和,边境口岸物流量也应该是边境口岸过货量与出入境人员的当量之和,它可以综合反映边境口岸的物流能力。本文以2000至2011年滇越各边境口岸的货流量及出人境人员为基础,换算出各边境口岸每年的物流总量。利用边境口岸物流总量增长率与载体城市经济增长率之比得出边境口岸物流与载体城市经济的弹性系数。结果表明,金水河、田蓬主要表现为载体城市经济增长对边境口岸物流能力的推动;河口、天保主要表现为边境口岸物流对载体城市经济增长的拉动。最后,针对上述问题,对滇越边境口岸物流与载体城市经济的协调发展提出了建议。
