案例教学在传热单元操作讲授中的应用与启示

摘要

Cultivation of applied talents is the main objectives and tasks of contemporary university education. Reasonable case teaching can preferably combine theoretical teaching and practical teaching, and help the application-oriented talents improve their qualities. Taking the teaching of heat transfer unit operation in chemical principles for example, the application of case teaching has been detailedly analyzed by using the opening case method, the problem case method and the comprehensive case method. The results show that the effect of the case teaching is better than that of the conventional teaching method. The case teaching will help students to improve their abilities to analyze problems and solve problems.%培养应用型人才是当代大学教育的主要目标和主要任务。合理的案例教学可将理论教学与实践教学有机结合，有利于应用型人才素质的提高。该篇以化工原理中传热单元操作的讲授为例，采用开篇案例、问题案例和综合案例的方法，以实例分析的形式详细阐述了案例教学的应用。结果显示，案例教学可做到事半功倍，有利于培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
