三种药剂对榕母管蓟马不同虫态的毒力测定

摘要

榕母管蓟马是一种榕树上的主要害虫，以成虫、若虫吸取植物组织内汁液危害。文章用浸叶法测定吡虫啉、艾绿士、毒死蜱三种药剂对榕母管蓟马不同虫态进行室内毒力测定。结果表明：各药剂对榕母管蓟马各龄虫态的防治效果依次为：毒死蜱>艾绿士>吡虫啉；毒死蜱二龄、三龄、成虫的致死中浓度（LC50）分别为0.019、0.063、0.142mg/L；单一药剂对榕母管蓟马不同虫态的室内毒力强弱依次为：二龄若虫>三龄若虫>成虫。%Gynaikothrips ficorum is a kind of main pest in banyan. It damaged tissue fluids in adult and nymph stage. This paper measured toxicity to different instars of G. ficorum treated by imidacloprid, spinetoram and chlorpyrifos using leaf-dip method. Control efficiency to different instars of G. ficorum by measured, It resulted that chlorpyrifos was best, spinetoram much better than imidacloprid. The median lethal concentration of different instars was 0.019、0.063、0.142mg/L. Toxicity test to different instars treatment by a pesticide was second instar greater than three instar, adult was least.
