知责、履责、担责--高校二级学院党委切实落实党风廉政建设主体责任的路径探析

Secondary colleges’ party committees of the CPC in colleges and universities must earnestly implement the main responsibility of the construction of party conduct and ethical governance of the CPC , because it is of fundamental significance for promoting the construction of party conduct and ethical governance of the CPC in colleges and universities under the new situation. At present, if Secondary colleges’ party committees of the CPC want to fulfill the main responsibility, they must pay more attention and effort in these aspects: “understanding the responsibility”, “performing the responsibility” and “shouldering the responsibility”.Make sure they can clearly “understand the responsibility”, excellently “perform the responsibility” and earnestly“shoulder the responsibility”. Only in this way, they would finally become the leader, the executor and the promoter in promoting the construction of party conduct and ethical governance of the CPC at secondary college level.%高校二级学院党委切实落实好党风廉政建设主体责任，对于新形势下推进高校党风廉政建设工作具有基础性意义。当前二级学院党委践行主体责任必须在“知责”、“履责”、“担责”上下硬功夫、著好文章，让二级学院党委明确“知责”、善于“履责”、切实“担责”，真正成为学院层面推进党风廉政建设的领导者、执行者和推动者。
