高温氧化处理气氛的热力学分析与控制

摘要

Thermodynamic analysis and calculation of gas components in the atmosphere of high-temperature oxidation treatment is carried out.It is found that the oxyen partial pressure is a key control parameter.The control technology of high-temperature oxidation treatment is solved.%应用热力学原理，对高温氧化处理气氛中气体组元进行分析和计算，确定了气氛中控制的关键参量——氧分压，从而解决了高温氧化处理工艺的控制技术.
