地方本科院校提高应用型人才培养质量的相关思考

摘要

Under the background of university transformation,the local undergraduate colleges undertake the ar-duous task of developing a large number of applied talents to meet the needs of economic and social development in our country. This paper analyzes the necessity of application oriented personnel training, and then discusses the restricting factors of improving the quality of applied talents cultivation, and puts forward the main way to improve the quality of applied talents in order to effectively promote the improvement of the quality of Applied Talents in local colleges and universities.%在高校转型背景下，地方本科院校承担着培养大批适应我国经济社会发展需要的应用型人才的艰巨任务。本文围绕应用型人才培养质量问题，首先分析了应用型人才培养的必要性，然后深入探讨了提高应用型人才培养质量的制约因素，最后提出了提高应用型人才培养质量的主要途径，以期切实推动地方高校应用型人才培养质量的大幅度提高。
