高校辅导员微博影响力提升策略研究

摘要

The effect of tutor'sWeibo directly affect the position tutor plays in the students group reflecting the tutor's rightless influence which can improve the outcome of teaching college's thought and polity effectively.At the moment most of tutors open weibo,however ,the students pay less attention to it and the the influence of weibo is very weak .Most of reasons are that the weibo is updated slowly and lessly and lessly created by tutor himself.The content is far away from the college practical life and the range of target is wide.Tutors interact with students less frequently in weibo.In order to improve the effect of tutor's weibo,We can try to improve two aspects:The one is to improve the tutor's rightless influence,The other is to improve the view of weibo communication operations.%辅导员微博影响力直接关系到辅导员在学生群体中的地位，反映出辅导员非权力影响力，可有效提升大学生思想政治教育效果。目前大多辅导员都开通了微博，但受学生关注度不高，微博影响力低下，主要原因有：辅导员微博更新慢更新少原创不多；内容与大学生实际有些距离，针对性不强；辅导员微博与学生互动少。提升辅导员微博的影响力可从提升辅导员的非权力影响力和微博传播学视角下的运营两个方面下功夫。
