Targeting on building a team of high-quality teachers and adapting to the development of teaching and schooling in vocational colleges, this essay is to establish an innovative training model with the idea of training management promoting personnel development, which will provide a platform for teachers, speed up and maintain the motivation and sustainability of teacher training and finally realize the informatization and modernization of training management.%以建设一支高素质的教师队伍为目标，适应高职院校教育教学事业发展为主线，以培训管理促进人才发展为理念，创新培训管理模式，提供教师高效的培训管理平台，加快并保持教师培训的积极性和持续性，实现培训管理的信息化和现代化。
