加强思想政治教育提升大学生就业竞争力的途径探索

摘要

Nowadays the employment pressure of undergraduates is higher and the employment problem is more prominent. University lays stress on the service of university graduate employment policy and offering of employment information in the employment guidance work, while ignores the effect of the ideological and political education on shaping the Ideological-moral quality and comprehensive quality. So it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education of undergraduate, accordingly helps the undergraduats to adjust employment mentality, enhance the psychological and moral quality and improve employment ability.%当前大学生就业压力越来越大，大学生就业难问题愈来愈突出。高校在就业指导工作中过分强调大学毕业生就业政策的服务和就业信息的提供，而忽视了思想政治教育在塑造大学生思想道德和综合素养方面的能动作用。因此在就业指导工作中需要加强大学生思想政治教育，帮助大学生调整就业心态，增强心理道德素质，提高就业能力，从而实现大学生顺利就业。
