From the "triple helix theory", analyzes the current employment and entrepreneurshipStu-dents grim situation and existing problems, and put forward relevant suggestions.%大学生创业既是经济发展的创新动力，也是和谐社会建设的重要内容。本文从“三螺旋理论”入手，分析大学生当前就业创业严峻形势以及存在的主要问题，并提出相关对策建议。
