高校家庭经济困难学生精准化认定方法探析

摘要

The identification of economically disadvantaged students is the groundwork and the precondition for the undergraduate student financial aid. The Guide Opinions on Identification of Economically Disadvantaged Stu-dents released by Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Education on June 26th 2007 is the policy base of the iden-tification of economically disadvantaged students. But many problems have emerged since the implementation of the Guide Opinions. Therefore, further study is needed on the effective method of precise identification of economically disadvantaged students.%困难生认定是高校资助工作的基础和前提。教育部和财政部于2007年6月26日联合下发的《关于认真做好高等学校家庭经济困难学生认定工作的指导意见》为困难生认定工作提供了基本政策依据，但是在多年实践中已暴露出许多问题，针对高校家庭经济困难学生有效的精准认定方法仍有待深入研究。
