基于'4Ps'理论的高校就业公平指导研究

         

摘要

Employment Equity university a long time. With the further development of social economy, employ-ment, the environment and employment outcomes inequities among college graduates has gradually worsens. Universi-ties should be based on students' development of their own, to "4Ps" theory-oriented, open employment equity guide curricula and employment equity services platform, and gradually develop "sales" value graduates make up the de-velopment gap caused by unfair employment, in order to further enhance the College career guidance service to pro-vide useful help.%高校的就业公平问题由来已久.随着社会经济的进一步发展,高校毕业生之间的就业环境和就业结果的不公平有逐步加剧的趋势.高校应立足学生发展自身,以"4Ps"为理论导向,开设就业公平指导课程,设置就业公平服务平台,逐步培养毕业生的"销售"价值,弥补就业不公平带来的发展差距,为进一步提升高校就业指导服务水平提供有益帮助.
