构建“六大机制”推进高校学习型党组织建设

摘要

Establishing a scientific and comprehensive, realistic and effective long -term mechanism is significant to promote the institutionalization and standardization level of a learning - oriented party construction and to promote its effective and lasting development. At present, the construction of a learning - oriented party should focus on building the model - driven mechanism, the cadres - demand - oriented learning mechanism, the teacher - lectures learning mechanism, the transformation mechanism, the education - and - training supervision and evaluation mechanism, and learning - motivation restricting mechanisms.%建立一套科学完备、符合实际、行之有效的长效机制，对于促进高校学习型党组织建设的制度化、规范化水平提高，推动高校学习型党组织建设有效地、深入持久地开展下去具有根本性的意义。当前，高校学习型党组织建设应着力构建领导干部示范带动机制、以干部需求为导向的学习机制、名师讲座学习机制、成果转化机制、教育培训监督考核机制以及学习动力约束机制等六大机制。
