运用问卷调查和数理统计等方法，对高校教师的体育休闲动机进行研究，结果表明：健全身心是高校教师体育休闲的主要动机；人际交往、形象塑造、和自我实现等动机，因年龄、工作性质、经济收入、居家形式的不同而呈现不同的变化。青年教师、普通教师和与友同住教师自我实现的动机占有较大比重，月收入2000元以下和独居教师自我实现的动机最为显著，管理者和兼职教师人际交往的动机占有较大比重，月收入5000元以上的教师具有人际交往或形象塑造动机者较多。% Using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics etc , to research for the motivation of college teachers’ sports leisure, the results show that :the physical and mental health of college teachers ’ sports leisure is the main motivation;interpersonal image creation and realization of self motivation , because of the age, nature of work, economic income, family form different and different:young teachers, ordinary teachers and friends and family teacher self achievement motives has larger proportion , a monthly income of 2 000￥and living alone in his self realization motivation is the most significant , manager and part-time teachers interpersonal motivation has larger proportion, monthly income of more than 5 000￥teachers with interpersonal or image shaping motivation and more.
