高校图书采购招标项目用户满意度评价指标体系探析∗

摘要

To establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system is the base to study the evaluation system of the customers’ satisfaction degree in university library purchase tender programs. According to its characteristics and normal evaluation system theories, the paper firstly analyzes a series of evaluation indexes of users’ satisfaction degrees and makes a scientific selection by Delphi Method and proposes a set of simple and operable evaluation in-dex system.%确立科学合理的评价指标体系是对高校图书采购招标项目进行用户满意度评价研究的基础，本文结合高校图书采购招标项目的特点，在评价指标体系一般理论的基础上，对高校图书采购招标项目用户满意度评价指标做了层层剖析，并运用德尔菲法对所选指标进行遴选，建立了一套简便的、可操作性强的高校图书采购招标项目用户满意度评价指标体系。
