“以生为本”办学理念下加强高校学生社团建设的对策∗

Student-oriented school-running concept is the implementation and deepening of people-orien-ted idea in the field of higher education, and also is the important guiding ideology for the implementation of Scien-tific Outlook on Development and connotative development in colleges and universities. The construction of college student associations should highlight student’ s body status, establish a new student management concept and make the student societies the second classroom in the teaching practice to achieve to enhance the employability of univer-sity graduates and promote the connotative development of colleges and universities.%“以生为本”的办学理念是“以人为本”思想在高等教育领域的落实与深化，是高等教育贯彻落实科学发展观、实现高等院校内涵式发展的重要指导思想。“以生为本”办学理念下的高校学生社团建设要突出学生的主体地位、树立新型的学生管理观、让学生社团成为课堂教学在实践中的第二课堂、通过学生社团实现高校毕业生就业力的提升、推动高校内涵式发展等。
